| Warehouse Executive (Level: Executive) |
Major Responsibilities
- Ensure maximum utilization of store area to meet operations requirements.
- Check requisition, purchase order and receiving note to ensure accurate quantity, type and acceptable quality of the material is received or disbursed physically.
- Follow standard procedures to ensure all stock movements are valid, authorized and properly executed.
- Deliver products to vendors/ suppliers in an efficient, effective and timely manner.
- Ensure FIFO is followed for all transaction.
- Assist team members in finding necessary items and equipments.
- Ensure inventory bin card are updated regularly.
- Ensure all warehouse transaction is recorder and executed through Warehouse Management system (WMS).
- Verify inventory computations by comparing them to physical counts of stock and investigate discrepancies and adjust errors, if any.
- Carryout annual and periodic cycle-counting of all materials using tools and other computerized system like Warehouse Management System (WMS) to verify count accuracy, track materials’ records and update inventory levels in the database.
- Manage & control warehouse work force in a systemic manner & displays a winning attitude, encourages the open expression of ideas, and works with others, communicating widely to achieve the best results for all.
- Ensure security and safety features are in place to keep the working place safe.
- Provide timely feedback to Team for capacity planning to fulfill future warehouse space requirement and assist to develop operational budget.

Required Academic Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree from any reputed University
|
Required Experience
- Total 2-3 years of experience in the relevant areas. Experience in Telecom industry will be considered as an added advantage.
